1. Purpose

myBRANDfriends connects retail brands, allowing them to:

• Collaborate on marketing & promotions.
• Share resources & grow their audience.

The platform is exclusively for retail brands, not individual consumers or unrelated businesses.

2. Membership & Fees

Free Life-Membership: Brands joining before 01 September 2025 receive free lifetime membership by using the provided discount code during sign-up. Post-Promotion Membership: After this date, new members may be subject to membership fees.

3. User Responsibilities

By using myBRANDfriends, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Use the platform lawfully & collaboratively.
• Respect others’ intellectual property & privacy.

4. Content & Collaboration

You retain ownership of content shared but grant myBRANDfriends a non-exclusive license to display it. Prohibited content includes spam, offensive material, & copyright-infringing content.

5. Modifications

myBRANDfriends aims for continuous access but does not guarantee it. We may update these terms & will notify users of significant changes.

6. Membership Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

myBRANDfriends is not liable for business outcomes, data loss, or third-party actions.
