- myBRANDfriends connects brands with creators, customers, or partners for collaboration, referrals, content, rewards, or community engagement. We act only as a facilitator & are not a party to agreements between users.

- You must be at least 18 years old & legally able to enter agreements to use the platform. Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, & accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

- You must use the platform lawfully. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt operations, or post harmful or misleading content.

- All collaborations, communications, rewards, or payments occur directly between brands & users. myBRANDfriends does not guarantee outcomes or earnings & is not responsible for disputes, delays, or non-payment.

- You retain ownership of content you upload but grant myBRANDfriends permission to use it for platform operation & promotion. You must have the right to share any content you upload.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access & may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, myBRANDfriends is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
